At Brain Decode, we are committed to providing professional, personalized, and value-driven services including assessments, guidance, and counseling. Due to the nature of our work, please carefully read our Refund and Cancellation Policy before availing of our services.
โ Refund Policy
๐ Non-Refundable Services
Once a payment is made for any of the following services, it is non-refundable:
- DMIT and related biometric assessments
- Counseling sessions (online/offline/home visit)
- Reports generated from IQ, EQ, MI, MBTI, RIASEC, and other tests
- Customized coaching programs and digital wellness plans
- Packages booked for schools or corporate sessions
This is because our services involve:
- Time-blocked scheduling with professionals
- Personalized assessments and preparation
- One-time biometric scanning and processing
- Valuable psychological insights that, once delivered, cannot be reversed or returned
โ ๏ธ No Refunds on Partial Use
If you begin a program or session and discontinue mid-way, no partial refund will be issued.
๐ Cancellation Policy
๐ Session Cancellations (Counseling or Coaching)
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
- Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session are non-reschedulable and non-refundable.
- “No-show” clients will not be eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
๐งพ Test Cancellations
Once a test is booked and payment is made:
- If biometric or digital test access is already provided, cancellation is not possible.
- If no test or report access has been initiated, cancellation may be considered on a case-by-case basis (within 12 hours of payment only), subject to admin approval.
๐ณ Online Payments
All payments are collected through secure payment gateways. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Please retain proof of payment for your records.
๐ Exceptional Circumstances
In rare, exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergency, technical error, wrong payment), refund or cancellation requests may be reviewed. Such requests must be submitted in writing within 12 hours of payment, along with proof.
