Brain Decode offers non-clinical psychological and educational services including:

  • Dermatoglyphics Multiple Intelligence Test (DMIT)
  • Brain Dominance & Personality Tests
  • IQ, EQ, MI, MBTI, and other behavioral assessments
  • Academic & Career Guidance Counseling
  • Parenting, Teen & Couple Counseling
  • Digital Wellness & Life Coaching

We are not a medical or clinical mental health institution. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or psychiatric disorders.
All assessments and counseling sessions are coaching and developmental in nature.

2. Not a Substitute for Medical or Psychological Treatment

Our services are not a replacement for clinical therapy, psychiatry, or medical treatment.
If you or your child is experiencing symptoms of mental health disorders (e.g., depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma), we strongly recommend consulting a licensed psychiatrist or psychologist.

3. Test Reports and Interpretations

All reports generated from tests such as DMIT, MI, MBTI, RIASEC, etc., are:

  • For awareness, self-understanding, and personal development
  • Based on responses and biometric patterns, not clinical diagnosis
  • Intended to guide learning style, personality insights, and career direction

We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee 100% results, as personality, intelligence, and human behavior are dynamic and influenced by multiple factors.

4. Counseling Services

Our counseling and coaching programs are designed to support individuals and families in areas such as:

  • Emotional awareness and regulation
  • Study habits and motivation
  • Parenting support
  • Relationship building
  • Stress management and digital balance

These are not therapeutic interventions and should not be considered psychological therapy.

5. Limitations of Advice

Any advice, strategies, or suggestions provided during sessions are given in good faith and based on professional training and understanding. However, final decisions and actions remain the responsibility of the client or parent.
We are not liable for any direct or indirect consequences from the implementation of advice or test recommendations.

6. Refund Policy

Once payment is received and tests are conducted or counseling sessions are confirmed, we do not offer refunds. Our services are personalized, time-bound, and non-reversible in nature.

7. Data Handling

While we aim to maintain client privacy, we currently do not use encrypted systems for data storage. Reports are shared securely via email or WhatsApp, and we avoid unnecessary retention of client data.

8. Age Requirement

If you are under the age of 18, services must be availed with parental or guardian consent.
Parents or guardians are responsible for understanding and accepting the nature of the services.

9. Use of the Term “Neuroscience”

We use terms like “neuroscience” or “brain-based insights” in a non-medical context to describe patterns observed through biometric and psychological assessments.
These terms are not to be interpreted as clinical neuroscience or medical neuroscience diagnostics.
