📋 Payment Guidelines

🔸 1. Advance Payment Required All services including tests, counseling, or coaching must be paid in full in advance.
No bookings or appointments will be confirmed without advance payment.
🔸 2. Confirmation of Payment
Once payment is received, you will get a confirmation via:
  • SMS or WhatsApp
  • Email (if provided)
Please keep your payment reference or screenshot until the session/report is completed.
🔸 3. Pricing Transparency
Prices are clearly mentioned on our website or shared via official communication channels.
Any customized package will be quoted based on scope and effort.

❌ No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services (personalized and time-bound), payments once made are non-refundable. Kindly refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

📆 Rescheduling Policy

You may request one-time rescheduling for any counseling session 24 hours in advance without additional charge. Rescheduling under 24 hours or no-show appointments will be considered as consumed.

🧾 GST & Invoicing

All applicable taxes (if any) are included in the pricing unless stated otherwise.
Formal invoices will be issued upon request.

🛑 Non-Payment Consequences

Failure to complete payment will result in cancellation of service access or booking.
Any misuse of payment channels or chargebacks will lead to permanent blacklisting from our services.

🧠 Test & Report Delivery

For DMIT and other assessment-based services, reports will be shared within 3–5 business days after biometric submission and full payment confirmation.
Reports are shared via email, WhatsApp, or in-person as discussed.Parents or guardians are responsible for understanding and accepting the nature of the services.
